The lady who cut my son?s hair doesn?t know what she is doing, her name is Kenzie , I wanted a fade haircut but she did something very difficult and she couldn?t even apologize or nothing. I am a regular customer but not any more .

I have been going to this store since it was located in the Avenue. I always buy a "Season Pass" of 6 MVP's cuts. I went today to get my MVP cut and they REFUSED to accept my Season Pass. They said they don't take them anymore. That's OK... but refund the money I spent for the two remaining cuts on my Season pass. In my mind, this is nothing more than THEFT ! This is completely unacceptable that they would sell me a season pass, and then refuse to let me use it. I would suggest sett clear of Sports Clips as they are dishonest and have no problem stealing customers money.
